Ingredients
1 whole Whole grain or plain bagel (1 pcs)
6 - Cherry tomatoes 6 pcs (finely chopped)
3 tbsp Greek yogurt
1/2 tsp Olive oil
3 - Fresh basil leaves: 3 pcs
- Salt a pinch
- Black pepper a pinch
1 tsp Optional: balsamic glaze
Steps to Make Tomato Twist Bagel
- Start by preheating your air fryer to 180°C (350°F). Slice the bagel in half and place it in the air fryer basket, cut side up. Air fry for 4–5 minutes until golden and lightly crisp.
- While the bagel is toasting, make the creamy topping by mixing finely chopped cherry tomatoes into the Greek yogurt. Add a drizzle of olive oil, a pinch of salt, and black pepper, then stir until well combined.
- Spread this tomato-yogurt mixture generously over the warm, crispy bagel halves. Top with fresh basil leaves and, if you like, finish with a drizzle of balsamic glaze. Serve immediately while still warm and crunchy.
