Notes

Ingredients

1 whole Whole grain or plain bagel (1 pcs)
6 - Cherry tomatoes 6 pcs (finely chopped)
3 tbsp Greek yogurt
1/2 tsp Olive oil
3 - Fresh basil leaves: 3 pcs
- Salt a pinch
- Black pepper a pinch
1 tsp Optional: balsamic glaze

Steps to Make Tomato Twist Bagel

  1. Start by preheating your air fryer to 180°C (350°F). Slice the bagel in half and place it in the air fryer basket, cut side up. Air fry for 4–5 minutes until golden and lightly crisp.
  2. While the bagel is toasting, make the creamy topping by mixing finely chopped cherry tomatoes into the Greek yogurt. Add a drizzle of olive oil, a pinch of salt, and black pepper, then stir until well combined.
  3. Spread this tomato-yogurt mixture generously over the warm, crispy bagel halves. Top with fresh basil leaves and, if you like, finish with a drizzle of balsamic glaze. Serve immediately while still warm and crunchy.
