Ingredients

- Eggs: 2 pcs, lightly beaten
2 cups Baby spinach
3 cups Chicken stock
- Garlic: 2 cloves, minced
- Salt & black pepper: to taste
1/2 tsp Sesame oil (optional)
1 tbsp Green onion (optional garnish)chopped

Steps to Make Cozy Bowl Egg Veggie Soup

  1. Bring the chicken stock to a gentle boil in a pot. Add the minced garlic and let it simmer for 2–3 minutes so the flavor infuses into the broth.
  2. Lower the heat and slowly drizzle the beaten eggs into the pot while stirring in a circular motion to form soft egg ribbons. Add the baby spinach and cook for another 1–2 minutes until just wilted.
  3. Season with salt and black pepper, then finish with a touch of sesame oil if you’d like extra aroma. Garnish with chopped green onion before serving. Enjoy warm and cozy.
