No matter what your reason is, having a simple plan makes a big difference. So, let me share with you a few friendly tips on how to get the most out of my workout videos.

I’ve created lots of free workout programs for you—14 days, 30 days, different focuses, you name it. The trick? Choose one and commit to it. Don’t jump around too much, because each program is designed with rest days and progress in mind. Think of it like finishing a story—you’ll only get the full ending if you follow it through.

2. Eat to Support Your Workouts

Exercise and food go hand in hand. When you’re following a workout program, fuel your body with good stuff: fresh fruits, colorful veggies, lean protein, whole grains, and healthy fats. Don’t forget water! 💧 Eating better doesn’t mean being perfect—it just means giving your body the energy and recovery it deserves.

3. Please, No Crash Diets 🚫
